The bond between a female athlete and her coach is a crucial one. Every day, a potential female athlete/superstar drops out of sports due to lack of awareness around her needs. When female athletes leave sports behind, familiar stories of why they quit are left in their wake. And all too often, it has nothing to do with the sport itself.
Kim Myers and Kate Hillis began discussing their frustration around these stats with friends and colleagues, and every person they spoke with had a relatable story.
From these conversations,
Coaching Her Future was born.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to build awareness and a platform to help coaches be the best coaches of female athletes they can be, and to coach and raise a future of winners. Coaching female athletes is different than coaching male athletes, it just is.
